Ashtanga Vinyasa Free Flow Yoga is an exhilarating and complete Yoga practice. The free flow series uses the Ujjayi breath to flow from one asana (pose) to another allowing to energize the metabolic rate to burn fat and build a firm toned healthy body. Increases stamina and develop great strength and flexibility. The free flow series stimulates and tones the internal organs and improves circulation, alleviate stress allowing to bring balance to the body mind and spirit. The class ends with savasana(deep relaxation) and short meditation for a simple blissful experience.

Note: you will receive a copy of our special illustrated Healing Angels of the Energy Field Class Workbook as part of this class.
Stevan has documented his work with these healing angels in a book entitled The Healing Angels of the Energy Field. This book identifies one healing angel for each area of the human energy anatomy. The idea is simple: sit in a circle and each participant gets one or more turns to be in the center and speak their heart's desire.
Everyone then prays and wishes for them the quick and easy manifestation of that desire. The intent can be for anything: a loved one or family member who is side, for someone else to receive wealth, for romantic wishes to be made real, it doesn't matter.
Allowing people to pray and bless others can be a very powerful manifestation tool.
